Project cyber assurance

From policy. Through evidence. To a named decision.

Assurefolio gives project teams, cyber reviewers and accountable owners one shared thread: the requirements your policy sets, the evidence provided against them, the questions still open and the decision taken — from initial assessment to go-live.

Pilot conversations are open. Hosted operation and recovery are still being verified; scope and availability are agreed directly before a pilot starts.

For Governance owners, cyber reviewers and project teams working to their organisation’s own policy.

  1. Policy context

    Supplier access requirement

Supplier access to production systems has a named owner and is reviewed before design approval.

  2. Evidence and open question

    • Access model rev. 2Reviewed
    • Data flow rev. 3Reviewed
    • Supplier response rev. 1Question open

Review note 03 Confirm who owns supplier access before the design decision.

  3. Named decision

    Design gate Pending

Held until review note 03 is resolved. The accountable owner records the decision, the rationale and the cyber reviewer’s advice.

Illustrative example only — not a real project, customer or product screen. The decision stays with your organisation.

Approach · Who it is for

For organisations that assure change projects against their own policy.

Teams need to know which requirements apply, who owns them, what evidence is expected and who can approve the next step. Assurefolio keeps those connected in one shared process, configured around your organisation’s policies and responsibilities.

  • Governance owners

    See where decisions stand

Understand where evidence and decisions remain outstanding across the projects in scope.

  • Cyber reviewers

    Review with context

See submissions, open questions and outstanding work together, alongside the requirement they relate to.

  • Project teams

    Know the next action

Keep requirements, owners and expected evidence connected to the project, so the next step is clear.

The pilot · Start with one policy

A bounded pilot, judged on measures you agree.

Start with your policy and project owners: map the process, resolve ambiguous requirements and agree what a focused pilot would test. A pilot follows agreed scope and a verified hosted setup; any wider use is a separate decision after review.

  1. Agree the scope

Choose one policy and the projects it will be applied to, and confirm who owns each decision.

  2. Map the process

Map requirements, owners, expected evidence and decision points. Resolve ambiguous requirements with your policy owners before anything is configured.

  3. Validate, then run

Confirm the hosted setup and recovery checks before starting. Within the agreed pilot, teams would provide evidence, reviewers raise questions and accountable owners record decisions.

  4. Review together

Before starting, we agree how to measure review effort, evidence chasing and decision turnaround. We review against those measures before any change in scope.

What it does not claim

Built around accountable decisions.

Your organisation retains ownership of its policy, evidence judgements and risk acceptance. Assurefolio supports that process; it does not certify compliance or replace specialist technical assurance.

  • It does not certify compliance.

A record shows what was required, what evidence was reviewed and who decided. It is not a certificate or an attestation that a standard has been met.

  • It does not replace specialist technical assurance.

Security testing, architecture review and other specialist work remain with the people qualified to carry it out.

  • It does not promise security outcomes.

It helps keep requirements, evidence and decisions visible. Security risk, and decisions about it, remain with your organisation.

  • The assurance record shown above is illustrative.

It does not depict a real project, customer, result or product screen.
